I built my first house on a city lot in Devils' Thumb Subdivision that backed up to the mountain in 1973. I built my second house about 4 miles as the crow fly's on the back side of the mountain in 1996 which I still own by Gross Reservoir.
Most of my clients are from Colorado but I do have clients from Missouri, Hawaii, California, Texas, and Wyoming,
